Great day yesterday, except for the nimrod that oiled half the track on the first session. Dude got off the track cause he knew something was wrong and got right back on tried to do another lap..... I was in shock I couldn't believe!!! Anyway after the hour and half wait where the staff worked hard as hell to clean up the track a great day was had, 2 groups not very busy and I got in alot of sessions.
At least that incident occurred right off the start and when it was still rather cool. Really great day otherwise though and yes TONS of track time.

Man that track is rough, it's been June since I was last on it... but it's good for rider development, everything hurt in only 45 minutes of track time. My friend Chris' S1000RR isn't quite as pretty now after lowsiding over the corner 2 seam.
Anyone get pictures of the AMG or the half-p1ssed driver that smashed into the trailer? I'd like to share.

I didn't even realize anyone crashed. Was it the yellow one?

As near as I can recreate, buddy had his AMG at the track, fired a few beers into himself and decided to go for a little drive around the pits and area... ended up smashing into someone's trailer - not a lot of damage to the trailer but lots and LOTS to the AMG. I found a pic or two to share.
The S1000RR was Chris Facciol's.
AMG (also Aliki's butt... not my picture, don't throw things at me Aliki!):

Not a lot of damage, but that is a hole in the case... it oiled up the far side of corner 2 pretty good.
That sucks about the BMW.
Stupid bugger in the car. I'm surprised it was allowed on in the first place.
And my gf was happy to see Aliki and all the other girls riding there. Say's she'll definitely do a track day now.

Don't doubt it, the damage that was done to the AMG was so over the top that I was shocked the trailer looked so good. Obviously I didn't see all the damage (nor did I have time or inclination to stand there gawking).
Who was in the blue Dodge taking the pics? Wouldn't mind seeing some of them.
