With all the talk being about slapping ******* and what not, I think we're all long overdue on a Sexual Harassment lesson.

The second example could be sexual assault.

Regarding some of the other examples one of the problems that it's hard to define what is looking vs leering. (Verbal and physical offences are less subject to a judgement call.) If a pretty girl walks by most hetrosexual guys look. At what point is it leering? The look from a cool young guy would be judged differently than the same look from a creepy old guy. Now would the court charge the woman with age discrimination because she picked on the old guy?

Also one chick might wear an outfit to make her look sexy attractive while another would wear exactly the same thing because she feels physically comfortable in it regadless of whether it makes her look sexy or not. Who gets the right to judge? Lotta guys got some learning to do.

It isn't easy for the guys as we tend to be visually stimulated. My worst case was a female manager I had to meet. I walked into her office and she was totally inappropriately dressed for her job. Her top might as well have been a pair of wide suspenders. I think I pulled an eye muscle trying to keep my eyes above the horizon. I wonder if i could have claimed that through WSIB.
