Hello,

I dont know which one to buy. I currently dont have a communications set on my helmet so I wanted to get the sena, however i learned that the video quality is "OK" and not as good as compared to a gopro.

I was thinking of getting a gopro and getting a cheap chinese communications set on top...what do you guys think? Not sure what to do. I do want to record my rides and have good quality...I am not a professional...just for fun and to upload on youtube.

Go pro are always a good option, just keep in mind battery life is about an hour at most with all the goodies turned on. Bring extra batteries or be prepared to record in segments.

There are some pretty good GoPro knock-offs on Amazon. I've been using one that cost under 100 and the results have been very good.
Plus never worried if it got damaged or fell off bike etc..

As for a comm. system I can't speak on those, but I know some have had good results with the cheaper ones on Amazon.
