Secure Parking Permit Holders?

I've tried all the usual suspects so far (ebay, Google - which actually got me a result but for some place in the US that doesn't ship outside of the US) and I figured somebody else here must have a solution or found a solution. I am looking for some sort of secure parking permit holder for my motorcycle, as it would be costly to have it stolen just sitting behind the windscreen (replacement costs, the hassle, etc). But I am not looking to go as ghetto as taping it somewhere on my motorcycle.

Looking for something that is ready to go but worst case scenario, I'll have to make something myself.
 
How about something like the UK tax disc holders?

That was my first thought when I saw the post.

EBay UK should have something.
 
If an eBay listing says it doesn't ship to canada, try contacting the seller. Sometimes they are willing to complete the transaction outside of eBay and send you the item. It all depends on how they have their account set up. I've had parts for my benelli sent to me numerous times from sellers who say they don't ship to canada.
