Seat Modifications??

I purchased a Mustang Vintage Solo seat for my Superglide and I love it, only problem is I sit about 2 inches too far back.

Does anyone know of somewhere that could make adjustments to the seat to make it work? Not interested in new bars as I already changed those as well, and not interested in exchanging it for a reduced reach seat - strictly looking at modifying the one I have.
