I'm trying to recruit more players for the newest SBK game, SBK 2011. It is a fantastic game that offers multiplayer motorcycle racing but due to lack of participants, the multiplayer lobby isn't as active as it should be.

I'm really hoping that if there's enough interest here we can set up some organized matches/championships, through GTAM.

The game is also available for both PS3 and X360, and while it appears as though X360 has the highest number of online participants, I can't find the game anywhere in NTSC, and the game developer has not yet responded to my inquiries re X360.

I know Recidivist and I were talking about buying the PS3 version (SBK X) or something like that to do some online racing.

My PC at home is garbage lol.
 
I am having the same promblem but it"s for SBK X (ps3) had it for 5 mounths and i just find two guys last nite online it"s a great game buy it for ps3 and let"s race
 
I'm in for some PS3 SBK action.

I'll have to pass by EB and pick up the game. I wasn't very impressed with MotoGP for xbox. Been getting my racing in with Grand Tourismo.

I got one from eb for $20 I don't know what version but I'm in for PS3

couldn't find it either...im going to download it tonight ...anyone know how many gigs?
 
These games would be so much more fun if there was an appropriate handle bar type of a controller for PS3.
 
Well I've worked my way up to Level 78 and am about to enter the Top 200 but it looks to be a long road from here, to the Top 100.


Keep practicing, djbordie, and I'll catch up with you in a race one day. What's your Gamespy handle? FYI you don't need to d/l and install gamespy, you just need to register with them.

Playing on-line has nothing to do with the feel of of turning handlebars or throttle by pushing buttons or little joystick. It plain sucks. The same difference like playing F1 without a wheel or pedals. It's a day and night difference. Now playing on-line with proper hardware could be tons of fun, that I agree with ... ;-)

I understand that. I was simply reiterating the point of this thread. Simulating real motorcycle controls and feedback would be way too complicated, unfortunately... four-wheeled vehicles are simple in comparison.

Gran Turismo 5 Chris? Nothing finer than some late night online racing against the Rednecks lol....they love getting beating by the Canadian Flag at Daytona with the Nascar vehicles.
