Samsung tablet issue

My wife uses her tablet for virtual dr's appointments.The last time she used it prompts came up asking for her to allow or deny Samsung video and Samsung audio and of course she denied and now she has no conference ability.I have gone into settings to try to find something that has been turned off,with no luck.She is using an app called Layla.Any ideas?

You know I'm no expert...
But I would think you need to access "app permissions" from the settings
Look for Layla
Then see if it shows what permissions you have denied

I agree with jb's approach. Also check samsung video and audio. FWIW, on my samsung phone I dont appear to have samsung audio or video. I would also open Galaxy store and Play store and install the updates there on the off chance that helps.

Checked a samsung tablet. Same results for me as the phone.

If u can't find the issue best to reinstall the app, uninstall first

Checked a samsung tablet. Same results for me as the phone.

On my Samsung phone I have a permission manager. See if the tablet has that. And see what apps have access to the microphone.
