I couldn't stop smiling while watching this! I think the only way this could have been any better was to overlay the tach.

230 odd years of development makes for some amazing possibilities with ICE motors. It's astonishing to me that motors can do this over and over and over without exploding.

As for making it better, if ever there was a video crying out for a super slow-mo camera, a la Mythbusters...

The springs rotated faster than I expected.
 
Amazing to be able to see these in action. I’m the first one is that vapourized oil or smoke?
