Rust on my swing arm

I took off the mud guard on my 2012 cbr250 today and I saw rust on the swingarm. I am covered under warranty until August. Should I claim in under warranty? Is rust covered by warranty?

Can I take it to any Honda Dealership or the one I bought it from? Will they replace the swing arm or just patch it up?

You can take it in for them to look at, but don't have high hopes if it's only cosmetic surface rust. Don't expect any action unless it's so severe as to be impending structural failure.
