Hey all,
some may be interested in this. It's a video on my rotator cuff surgery. The doctor that did it supports alot of road racers and has a youtube channel showing different interesting topics. When we found out i needed surgery i told him to document the whole thing if he would like to.

Wow I feel my dads pain even more. he had this done a few years ago. I had a minor tear last spring and it was hard to keep in the back of my head to not do quick overhead movements.
