I was at Markham Honda Outdoor power today and they said Ross was no longer there.

Does anyone know where he went now and if he is working somewhere else?

I have always received excellent service and advice from Ross and would like to follow him to his new place of work if hes still working in the industry.

Don't know where Ross is, but he was one of the reason I always liked going back to markham outdoor power for service. He never tried to oversell or advise things that I didn't need. Always good service from him.

Good luck to him in the future.
 
Hi guys, Ross is not in the motorcycle service business anymore. I worked with Ross for 4 years at Markham Outdoor Power, I was one of the mechanics there until April this year when I persued a career change. You really shouldn't hesitate to continue going to that dealership for your Honda service needs. The "excellent service" you've received is not just one mans doing. It is a team effort, I can easily say the mechanics there are at the top of their game and they are the ones that look over bikes and call out the necessary work they find. The dealerships level of organization, their service scheduling system, their parts ordering systems are all state of the art and have not changed. Also the rest of the staff has not changed and its a real family atmosphere there. I am still a customer and a friend of that dealership !
