Rollingthunderriders.ca riding club looking for new members

We have about 200 members so far and meet weekly to go on Wed night runs and then a charity ride or group ride on weekends. We have grown quickly over the past two years and met Cutekill at the Royal BBQ Events shes been putting on. We are a unique group with lots of styles of riding and bikes. Check us out if your in the area. We have riders from Whitby to Guelph and Midland to Hamilton coming out regular. Lots of awesome info on here, Wish I had known about this site when I started to ride!!! Enjoy your ride and Stay Safe, Look Twice!

Wheelies are fine AS LONG AS YOUR NOT PUTTING THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AT RISK. If you know how to Wheelie and want to take off and show us how its done then GivR. If your trying it for your first time and think it would be good to do in a group so you can bounce off them to stay on the road, then this isn't the place for you :D

No Sound Tests Needed, You Either Ride Like Lightening AND/OR Roll Like Thunder :) As long as you can fit into one of these your good! (Even if you only Ride Like Lightening in your Dreams!)

Wheelies, loud bikes, and speeding....... sounds like a very respectable group that will help the community with public perception.

And Gtam is? How many people on this site speed, wheelie, mod pipes, etc. But flame away.
I have been a member for two years. Great club, diverse members. All bikes welcome. They do some really great rides. You are welcome to do as you please. If you become a hazard to others, you will be asked not to return. Pretty simple. This club was started by chi wawa, his girl, and one other, we now have 200 members, I guess they're doing something right. Speaking of public perception, remind me how many sponsors(public) the club has? And how many charities do we as a club support? Nuff said! Anyone who wants to ride, check it out. It is a riding club, not a bike gang, not a timmies posefest group.

Way to jump the gun! Robp.... I can say only one wheelie to this point has happened on a club ride and that was after the official ride was over as people were going home by a first time rider with us. I have never been asked before the poster above about wheelies but to each there own if it becomes a problem it will be dealt with. We are easy going friendly group with 15,000KM this summer from club rides alone but you don't sound like the type of PERSONALITY we are looking for, We like to get along and don't judge, everyone rides and has a good time so please ride safe and take care! We aren't struggling for members with 25 riders out last Wed night, we just want to spread the word about our club. Good Luck

I've met quite a few of these members over the summer and they are a great bunch. Awesome supporters of the events that we had a Royal over the summer. I look forward to joining a ride or two with them. Just have to figure out how to get up early enough. ;)
