Hits close to home, She pretty much raised my wife for a couple years when she fell on hard times early in life, She just got into riding this year.
He was raised on bikes from what I know and died what he loved doing I guess, Met him a few times and seemed like a decent guy.

RIP and GWS.

One person is dead, and another is in hospital with life threatening injuries following a serious collision in Elgin County.

Elgin OPP say a Honda Civic was travelling west on Highway #3 just east of Willey Road near Dutton around 3:19pm Sunday, when it crossed into the oncoming path of two eastbound motorcycles.

The driver of one motorcycle, a 47 year old Kitchener man, struck the Civic head on. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the second motorcycle, a woman also from Kitchener, sideswiped the car and was transported to St Thomas hospital in serious condition. She is now in Victoria Hospital with life threatening injuries.

Let the God take the lives of the two morons driving the Civic and give them back to the riders. The f#ckheads don't deserve to live.
 
Wow...RIP and GWS. I always cringe when I hear about cars crossing into oncoming (since there's not much you can do). Hopefully it was at least to dodge and animal or something not just just another stupid texter (either way, still doesn't even remotely justify what happened).

I'm a huge lover of all animals. I don't like them dying. I'm even doing a fundraiser right now to help out some neglected animals. No offense, but I'd rather some ****ing deer die than my cousin. thankyouverymuch.

First, RIP and GWS. Conundrum. I believe your post has been misinterpreted. I understand what you mean though.

I said NEITHER (animal nor otherwise) 'excuse' was warranted or acceptable reasons/causes...I simply meant I hope to god it wasn't a texter putting their phone above everything else. I still remember the thread from months back where some kid in a BMW drifted over the centreline and took out a group of riders since he was texting on his phone.

Do we ever get a group together to attend a funeral on our bikes? Is that something you think we should plan to show our respect for a fallen rider?
