I'm riding down to Buffalo/Niagara NY to pick up a few items. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on people to do or places to see? lol. Any must-see destinations or must-eat restaraunts? I'd love to try some twisties.

I've driven down there a few times but never rode across the boarder. Is there much difference between crossing in a car or riding a bike?

I dont know of any places to eat, but when you're at the border have all your documents ready, pull up to the booth, shut your engine off and take off your helmet

Imo, all of the good views are from the Canadian side. It's also more well-maintained from our side. But if you continue south along the lakeshore from the american side, there are great rest spots with shade and a nice view of the lake.

Nothing amazing in terms of food, but I only go to Buffalo for wings. Anchor bar and Duff's are what'll be most recommended for good wings there...but I went to Brennan's Bowery Bar & Restaurant and I really liked their wings. They fry them, and throw them on the grill for a little bit after and it makes a big difference. There's also a TGIF across from Brenan's Bowery.

The problem with all the twisties in Buffalo is that the roads suck (except for the main highways). Such a big difference seeing the poverty in gta vs buffalo. Houses are actually falling apart there

^+1 on the roads in buffalo, pot holes and **** everywhere! rode my bike down there last month with a buddy to pick up some stuff that he ordered online.

our side is so much better lol.

anyways yea have your documents ready for the customs officer. and dont put ur passport in your mouth while riding up to his booth lol..i got yelled at for doing that lol

haha i wasnt asked that at the US border, but they asked me when i was coming back to canada, and i said...**** me i actually dont know to the customs officer lol.

since we all know canadians are more friendly, he actually got out of his booth to walk around and look at my plate lol. canada FTW

i think the US guys would send you to the anal probe line right away lol

There is also this to do:
Niagara Gun Range

Not too expensive and very fun. Last time I was in they had an RPK with a 40rd clip available for rental!

Personally, I adore the BBQ wings at La Nova Pizzeria.

Duff's and Anchor bar are pretty average to me

Pearl Street Grill in Buffalo near the First Niagara Center (formerly known as the HSBC).

Anchor Bar is the home of the original buffalo style chicken wing. I'm there a couple times a year. I also went to Suzi-Q BBQ -- looks like a hole in the wall, but the food was great, not too expensive and not too far from the Peace Bridge (Fort Erie).

I also try to stop at an Advanced Autoparts store and pick up some oil filters and/or oil for cheaper.
