Riding from Toronto to Montreal next Monday, any company?

I’m heading to Montreal Monday August 9th, starting point, Stoney Creek, Hamilton
Any company on the road ?
plus I need your advice in general, it’s my first time to travel that long on my bike

-hydrate early, and often
-Get some ear plugs
-Take breaks and regularly munch on stuff(not too much though, you dont want to get sleepy)
-If you're taking back roads, dont ride during the early and late hours to avoid meeting confused wildlife
 
Good advice above. If the 401 is not really what you want to ride along, then the next fastest way is to take Hwy 7 across, ideally from around the top of the 35/115, all the way past Perth. That is a much more relaxed and scenic ride.

I'd repeat the ear plugs tip above. Also, when I did it last year I just stopped in Ottawa for a night. Worth it, if you're not in a rush.

Hwy 2 then 33 then 2 is also a nice ride. It’s also close to the 401 so if you need to pick up the pace it’s possible. I also find the shore of Lake Ontario offers a bit cooler ride this time of year.
