Riding an R6 with the ignition disabled?

In this video it appears his ignition is in the off position without a key, yet he is still able to ride the bike? how?

Probably had the ignition moved, i used to have a friend with an 02 R1 who moved his ignition to under his seat so that no one could hot wire his bike or what not.
