Riding a car like a bike now -____-

Just got a car and started to drive again after 4-5years of motorcycle only. It feels so weird... I'm so used to it being so open and being able to easily look around me but seeing bars all around so frustrating.

Not only that, but every time I come to a turn I try to make very angled sharp turns and making motions with my arms and body to lean over.

I miss riding so much... damm you winter! I love the heated seats though :D

Wow, 4-5 years....I get frustrated driving a car after riding for 3 weeks and never even getting in a car during those 3 weeks, thats awesome. And ya thats so true, i try to lean the car over, twist or "pull in the clutch" on the steering wheel, but usually catch myself before a passenger notices.

You know what I miss most when I get into my car? The power! Why so f'ing slow????
I can't get pass these slow left lane bandits

What car did u get Linky?

+1 sounds like you guys have boring cars.
I love my car like a wife, she's safe and gets the job done. I also love my bike more like a mistress, fast and could potentially kill me.

I have a 07 Durango with the Hemi in it, and it does have lots of power. Well i thought it did until I got my bike. Just parked my bike and the wife already caught me trying to lean into the curve on the ramp onto an axpressway. It was pretty funny. I wish winter was over already.

If the wife catches you with the mistress she will kill you.

My car is used as a grocery getter, winter driver and just started to be used as a toy hauler so an SUV works and don't need a sports car....yet

You'll be back on a bike eventually. I'm calling this ****!

I go through phases of driving like a granny to save gas and ripping it 'cause I stopped gaf. Congrats on the new car, though

I roll my winters down/retract the moonroof to help me get through the winter. But my driver's window can't roll down all the way anymore so this is gonna be a tough winter lol

Hey those new elantra's look pretty sweet. Nice car!

Anyway, driving in the snow is f'in awesome! I look forward to it every year. :D

Driving a car is definitely like being in a "cage". I got my car out and prepped for the winter on Friday, took it for a short 20 minute drive and parked it till snow actually falls. Last week I did house sit for my parents while they were in Mexico, and used there car for work a few times, definitely missed the openness and visibility I have while on a bike.

Never ever tried leaning over, or mimic any of my riding technique into driving a car, you guys might be a bit obsessed :p
