Rider's Choice - Tire Change?

i had my 929 done there a few years back. Black rim was scraped when i got it back. I wished they were more careful but i believe any tire change place can result in that....touch of black paint and i was happy again.
but overall, was a tire change. nothing bad, nothing to say it was amazing.
Had a tire changed at markham outdoor power once - no scratches. Nothign bad, nothing to say it was amazing.
You don't want that possibility? do what i normaly do. Change bikes before tires need to be changed.

Had tires and sprockets done there years ago. Was quoted one price, then when it was all said and done got the old bait and switch and all of the sudden price went up a substantial amount. Never went back there again...and never will

I went there for a set of Pilot Road 2's and left with a set of Pilot Powers. That being said, they gave me the option to switch out the tires at no extra charge or just take $100 off the PP's. I took the discount and was pretty happy about it since I was putting those tires on to sell the bike.
Did my tire changes with them couple of time. Decent price and no chipped rim. They did however screwed up my friend's order by putting on Diablos instead of the 2CT that was ordered. Nothing major, just had to wait another hour to get it redone accordingly.

I had no problems in dealing with Rider's choice in the past. Great staff and they have very competitive prices. They have a customer for life!
I had my Pilot power 2ct's replaced there. Shopped around, the installed price was decent over the phone. Went there and then the price jumped (I think by about $90) because of my single sided swing arm. They said it was more work (I seem to recall they gave some credible reason as to why - exhaust interference?- I have aftermarket full arrow system). Any savings over other shops instantly vanished, I was already there so I had them do it. The work was fine, work was quick - while you wait. No scratches or anything.
Got a set of tires installed there late last year (I provided the rubber).
Was initially quoted around $130 for the job, which was fair...but when the time came to swipe my credit card, the machine read over $250. LoL.
Told me that wheel weights and brake clean are extra....didn't think they made gold plated weights and magical brake clean. After yelling at them, got the priced reduced to the original quote.
Never going back there again.
