Rider Down - Orangeville

What time did that happen? It must have been after I rode through there at 4:30pm yesterday because I didn't see any signs of a collision.

I checked the local papers online and there is no mention of this incident. Hope the rider is OK.
 
I'm Guessing it was 3pm,Oct,22,2012 when I saw it. Out riding for along time yesterday & losing track of time :) -Gotta enjoy the weather -Stay Safe!
