I did the Forks just before this happened... so sad to see another gone. Between Mclaren and 10 is not a particularly dangerous stretch... at least not considering no other car was involved (though sometimes it's difficult to see oncoming traffic with the hills).

RIP, condolences to the rider's family and friends. Many on this site have done the Forks countless times without incident. Even though it is a technical rd. in some areas I don't think it's that difficult if you ease your speed. Not blaming anyone as I was not there, just sad
