Saw this on my way out to Guelph today. Didn't see the rider thankfully but the white Harley or Goldwing was lying in the middle of the intersection with a lot of pieces all over the place. Hope the rider gets well soon. Didn't look like something you could just walk away from :(

I too passed by this on the way to Guelph. Didn't look good at all... hopefully the rider is ok.

I was in my cage with my kiddo.
Got him off the road and got his stuff to him
Stayed with him till FIRE and EMS showed up.
He's gonna be ok I am with vol FD so just did what I could.

thanks for stopping and lending assistance, gws rider.

I to pasted by and saw the Harley in my cage, police were already on-site and the rider appeared to be on his way to the hospital. Harley hit an SUV in the side door, seems the SUV turned in front of the bike.

Inferno from what you have seen in your line of work what percentage would you say is the riders fault?

In the MAIDS report (most recent in-depth study from Europe on MC fatal collisions) stats break down to about 37% rider fault 50+% cage fault (rest mechanical, road conditions etc). Intersections account for over 50% of MC collisions.
