Rider down 401 Westbound express at Victoria Park

Looked like a Yellow gixxer. There was a VW Passat with a broken rear window as well. The bike was upright and seemed ok, but didn't see the rider. Hope it was something inside the VW that broke the window... ambulance and OPP still at the scene
