Ride to Winnipeg.

Riding to Winnipeg this August. I was planning to stay in Subury, Northbay, Saulte St. Marie, Wawa, Thunderbay, Fort Frances, Winnipeg. On the way back I was thinking of heading back through the states. I am only familiar with highway 17. I was wondering if anyone knows of any twisty roads they would recommend.

You might like to skip North Bay and Sudbury and instead go up through Manitoulin Island - much more scenic and the road out of the island is quite twisty and scenic. Check out the 129 north from Thessalon. Check out the 551 from SSMarie out to Searchmont.
