Does anyone have any experience with the service dept. at this place?

I bought and service my bike at Ride.
No complaints at all with the sales or service depts.

Reviews I've heard in person from Ducati owners and 1 Triumph owner have been overwhelmingly negative. Personally, whenever I call in I get prompt answers and their scheduling isn't bad.
