Ride for Sight raises $850.000

Hey all. So, it wasn't a million dollar year like in years past, but we managed to raise $850,000 for vision research across Canada and that is something to be proud of! $500,000 of that was raised at the Central Ontario Ride for Sight in Orillia! Given the state of the economy and the fact that RFS has had new 3 venues in 3 years, I think we did remarkably well. A lot was learned in Orillia and if we go back next year we will be able to take what was learned this year (what worked and what didn't) to make next years RFS even better! Those of us who went this year, it is our job to spread the word about how awesome Ride for Sight was and to get as many people to go next year as we can!

I saw that and was hoping for a higher total, always next year but 850 is awesome way to go to all involved
