My buddy had a Ninja like that one and he noobishly loved to rev it to get flames out the back, especially if there were girls around to impress.
Then I found this video a couple years ago and showed it to him.
He pretty much stopped doing it.

Oh and its not just a Ninja thing. No matter what bike you have, pleased don't bounce it off the limiter like this for no valid reason. That counts as motorcycle abuse, lol.

At L&L last year there was a guy revving it and bouncing it off the limiter and then a loud POP and it dumped the coolant all over the parking lot
