Sorry in advance I am sure this has been asked multiple times before but I could not find anything. I have an appointment set with the prosecutor in may and I was wondering if I should request disclosure before or after the appointment? I received tickets for expired drivers license and expired validation tag (completely forgot about them). I really don't have any kind of defence I am just hoping for leniency from the prosecutor.
