Replay HD cam?

Hey guys, engadget had a shout out of the replay the other day. wondering what opinions you all have simply by looking at it.

it's smaller than gopro or countor, and the barebones is $150.
I'm still tempted by that one with the built in LCD .. but seems like extra bulk.

it's also water resistant up to 10ft.. not sure what to make of that wording.. but for light rain I'm sure it's fine, and better than having a countour and forking out extra $$ for a waterproof case. (ya?)

I would like to see some footage and reviews from actual users of the HD before drooling too much.

It is currently vaporware and the HD is $300USD

Size is cool... otherwise, I'd pass on the regular version - spend the extra $30 and pick up the gopro 720p.
The 1080p version might be better off than the Contour - it's water resistant and has noise reduction caps. The Contour needs a separate case, which drives the cost up to match the Replay HD price of $299.
