Removing spray paint off cage?

Came home to an unpleasant suprise, someone had
sprayed all over the trunk of my cage. Anyone know
what i can use to remove it without damaging the clear
coat or paint? Comtemplating making a claim but hoping
i dont have to.

Easy-Off.
Won't touch enamel or baked paints.

Ex's car was vandalized a few years back - body shop told me use Easy-Off.
Spray it on, let it sit for about 15 minutes and wipe/rub.

Will that work? the spray is pretty dried up cuz i tried wiping it down with water and soap and it didn't even budge. Googling mostly came up with really harsh chems like break cleaner or paint thinner or even acetone. I've worked with paint thinner and acetone everyday and i know how fast that **** will eat through the clear coat and original paint.
I have some goo-gone will that work aswell without dmg the finnish?
if the claybar will work for sure i will go grab it first thing tomorrow.

Sounds like a story to be had? Do tell...!

Find the guy that did it and let him deal with it =D. Revenge is a great thing. lol All jokes aside Easy-Off works great. You can also try some chain cleaner and use is lightly and clean the surface off when your done with soapy water. I have never had chain cleaner or easy off go through the clear coat or remove powder coated parts.

Thanks for the replies, im gonna start cleaning now
gonna post before and after pictures for feature reference
for other people.

I've used different brands of cleaner wax, if the spray paint has a bit of dirt under it then it comes off pretty quick. I'd be a little scared of oven cleaner. I wonder how the OP made out, maybe his car got sprayed again.
