Removing Kreem

I'm doing a resto on an old bike and the tank has been Kreem'ed at some point and its beginning to peel off.

I'm going to repair it properly with new metal but how do you remove the old Kreem? Being a lazy bugger is it possible to have a Rad Shop do it for me?

It's going to be re-painted so I'm not that worried about preserving the old finish

use gasoline with ethinal, that ethinal distroys everything,hoses, o rings,and seals. but seriously try acetone.
