109 Cycle at Warden and Danforth Rd. will, but a lot depends on the condition of the bike.
If they don't think its worth you paying shop rates to fix it they'll tell you and ask you to take it away.
Nothing personal, its just that people drag stuff out of the barn thinking it can be repaired for cheap and it often just isn't so.
First thing I'd do if I were you is check valve clearances and do a compression test. If its got no squeeze it going to cost a lot of $$$.
