Reevu Helmets

Tried it. Found it incredibly annoying...

You really have to get used to it...At first it's annoying as hell but give it some time and it becomes 2nd nature.

Haven't tried myself but a co-worker has one and loves it and never shuts up about it.

Tried it at a show. Good concept but doesn't work for me as I wear glasses and the mirror is basically where I can't see a damn thing:(

im sure it would work better with contact or good vision though!

I wore it for 5 mins at a store... loved it. LOL. Not the most reliable review, but I do plan on getting it for my next helmet.

Try it on in a store first then you can decide if the fit, comfort, functionality, looks, etc is good for you.

Who has it local?

Kahuna has them. Beware tho I tried it on and the has a lot of hair in there. Seemed like a fellow got a haircut and immediately tried in that helmet.

+2 Snow Cycle Marine.

Very cool lid. The model SnowCity has is the legacy model. There is a newer model out now.

They don't look bad. I guess you have to get used to the concept. They're pretty much priced the same as the shoeis.

Look up Altimate boots, they are the importer.
You can get them from their office around Keele/Lawrence area.
I bought boots there a couple years ago, but check to make sure they are still open to the public.

I tried one at a show and it sat too high on my head, meaning my lower jaw was exposed. It makes sense since the helmet isn't any taller than a regular helmet but it has to fit a view port on top of it. Seems like they just decided to make it less safe, rather than have it look weird.

I once saw a custom motorcycle with LCD screens for rear view mirrors. Interesting concept.

Oh, and BMW did that on a scooter concept..
