Recommended Representation to Fight Parking Ticket

I'm not sure if this belongs here or classifieds? (Please move to where appropriate if not.)
Does anyone have good recommendations for companies or individuals who can fight a parking ticket (similar to ex-copper). I've consulted a friend in law who says I am "golden" for a 11b argument, just need representation. I'm not sure where to start looking for one though. Thanks in advance!

Do insurance companies care about parking tickets? If not, why fight it?

Just do it yourself, the $450 ticket for parking on handicap spots is reduced to $125.

Hiring anyone will cost you MORE than $125.


EDIT: If you read my post carefully, I was waiting for 1.5 years for trial. I could have filed an 11b. Why didn't I?

Because my fine was going to be reduced to $20, and filing the 11b would cost me more than that. On top, the 11b is not 100% foolproof. Waiting for 1.5 years for a parking ticket is the usual now. For how long have you been waiting?
