I'd like to have a full exhaust system installed on my '10 Gsxr600, get rid of SET valve, elminate O2 sensor, install pc3 and tune/dyno the bike afterwards?
Are there any shops in GTA that you recommend?
thank you

Well any shop that has a dyno would surely install your exhaust. Going on that note, I would say either z1cycletech or riders choice, with cycletech being a tad better (more advanced equipment?). Or look out for Ryan Gill at Condor racing, should be opening soon... He is a suspension and dyno guru I have heard.

Riders Choice is a great option, but I'd go with Bazzaz over PC any day. A far superior product in every way and you'll see better results especially when combined with a full system. Riders Choice did a full Bazzaz seminar this past week, so I'd feel pretty comfortable having a unit installed there.

Let me know how much the dyno tune costs, consider installing the system yourself and save some money, if you can change your oil you can install a full system. Im just using a generic PCV map right now dyno tune might be worth it, bazzaz has its pros but unless you need control of all 8 injectors it doesn't really matter.

from threads i have learned that Ryan Gill is the man for tuning bikes with power commander. Does he still work at Riders choice? if not is there anybody else at rider's choice just as good?
Question: The herky jerky problem has caused so much annoyance that i have decided to buy a pc 5 and get rid of that O2 sensor. Now i could just unplug the o2 sensor and eliminate with the kit provided but enough people have said it is bad for the motor.
I was thinking about keeping the cat on, set valve on, install pc 5 and remove o2 sensor. I have got a slip on btw. is it a good move?
option 2: cut the cat, stock header, keep the slip on, slap a mid pipe, remove set valve along o2 sensor and install pc 5 then dyno it.
ps. it is o2 sensor causing herky jerky had a shop diagnose it.

go with option 2, if you're doing your exhuast you might as well eliminate the cat since thats where most of the power gains/weight savings come from plus it will sound great.
