Recommend a call/text blocker Android?

Posted a Kijiji ad and getting a lot of scam calls and texts on my Nexus 4. Can anyone recommend a good app from personal experience? Don't care about the cost.
 
Well if you are trying to block scammers who are contacting you through your ad then that would have to be one smart app. As for blocking calls and what not on android... if you are running gosms therer is a blcker built in but you would have to let it know what numbers you want blocked.

I should clarify. Same numbers keep texting and calling. Would like to just block them once and for all.

Extreme call blocker works perfect. Blocks texts and calls. I've been using it for a few years.

No app needed for the nexus 4. Add the persons number you want blocked to contacts (people); select the name you want blocked from the people list, click the blue tab on top with three vertical dots, then click all calls to voicemail.
 
I have a contact known as 'block'. Save all new unwanted #s to this contact.
