Thanks for the link.
I just bought mine in late 2012 and the serial # falls in between the ones noted.

However, I don't really feel like shipping it out, can a powerhouse dealer look after the recall?

Edit:
What is the problem?
A tube clamp that connects a fuel tube to the bottom of the fuel tank may have been improperly positionedduring assembly, and use of the generator may cause the clamp to wear a hole into an adjacent fuel tube. If thefuel tube is worn sufficiently, gasoline and gasoline vapors may leak out and a fire or explosion could occur.

I'll drop mine off on Monday, thanks for the notice once again!

LOL...
Because of a clamp?

Reminds me of the Toyota tundra gas pedal recall, everyone said toyota sucks because of that recall. I never found the time to take my 08 in for the recall, drove it till 2012 when I returned it after the lease was up. Never had a problem even thou I never had the apparently faulty pedal fixed.

I wouldn't be too concerned about your genny, just a slight inconvinence to bring it in and pick it up again. It's still a top brand/model as far as generators go, and it matches your track bike lol

Lol, I'm not losing any sleep over it.

Thanks - I'll just check the fuel hose clamp during the spring tune up.

Even if my Honda genny catches fire, it will probably out perform most generators on the market. Its a winner!
