I used them on recommendation of my estate lawyer to sell my moms house. It was out of their 'area' but I was happy with them. They are in Georgetown.
It’s a sellers market isn’t it? Use one of the set fee brokers and save a bucket load of cash over the parasites that will take a fat commission for very little actual work. We used one in Ottawa, set a locality selling record and walked away with a handsome sum. It was called zuglu or something like that but every locality has one,
