Ugh. I feel like I've been punched in the stomach.
Wtf do we even have here? It looks like 4 huge carbs stacked a ton of spacer plates to entirely screw up the flow, stacked on 4 superchargers feeding what? The 7 bottles of nitrous (?) is a nice touch (although it doesn't appear it gets anywhere near the intakes, is it injected after the second supercharger?).
EDIT: Upon another review, this seems like non-running art. There doesn't seem to be a path for air to get from the carbs to the spacer plates.
