O.k. so the traffic is lighter than the GTA, but he filters and splits, and sometimes rides on the sidewalk, putting himself and others in danger.
Others in trucks, vans and cars are also splitting & filtering, increasing the danger exponentially, and what's with that guy hanging out of the van door?
