Looks like the wild wild west.

Great to have some crazy cop blasting away at a car 50 - 100 feet away from him with a handgun.......... Then when he approaches it he shoots out the front tire. I was kind of surprised they took him alive, but then again, wait until they get him back to the station away from the cameras.
