Been looking at other avenues in life and this was suggest to me by a friend. Been doing some reading online but i mostly find spam and the only legit(ish) source i see is the Ontario Appraisal Institute.
Still not sure if you need a university degree or if its just a certification i have to complete.
Has anyone done this or know anything about it? Getting tired of the same old office job and want to switch it up.
