Rc51 mods?

A couple questions for previous or current owners of this bike.... What is the best sprocket/chain setup? Also, best undertail and front flushmounts?

These bikes are little bit harder to find these things for, so just curious what some people here have maybe tried.
 
Considering you're not even sure you'll be keeping it why not wait to actually ride it in the spring before spending money on accessories that are virtually worthless when you inevitably sell it? :)

You make a good point, however I do like to tinker and there is nothing better to do in the garage so why not spend a couple bucks in it.
 
Because then you can spend the extra money on the dirtbike which gives you more options and might save us from another 30 page thread asking what we think about this used bike...

I already have the dirt bike money lol, a couple hundred bucks for a mod or two wont hurt the bottom line.

Thats the plan as of right now... never ridden one before so I have no idea what to expect.
 
My bike has some sort of undertail, hot bodies or pimp bike or something along those lines, the LED for the brakes is nice, the undertail cleans up the rear end a lot, but the turn signals are horrible. They work well at night, but during the day they are barely visible.

I use hand signals when making lane changes in traffic.

Stock is the way to go, or super bright LED's

You have a pic? Also do you have flushes on the front?

I actually like them... plus they sound great! Wouldnt put the stock on in favour of these.
 
no pics at the moment. no flush mounts at the front. signals are integrated into the mirrors. flush mounts suck. no one can see them
 
You might want to try a Honda Forum for specifics, or RC51.org....
