Rakuten, anybody used it for motorcycle related items?

I used it once about 5 years ago to purchase a Japanese made heavy duty JIS impact driver for vintage Jap bikes.
Everything went well and price was a bit cheaper than any other source.
Main reason I used it was there where few other choices for what I wanted.
