See track day bible as a lot applies. For RACE call the track and ask to join the series - you pay the fees and get a rules book. Iirc Pro6 is doing some kind of shindig too.
There's an open house with track practice in april as well.
Like already metioned you can check out the Race series held at Shannonville. Here is the link. Call them up for the pre-reqs on getting your race license if you do not have one yet.
Rider's Choice does track days there, and they are affordable, give them a call, they'll tell you what you need to know. i went with them last year for the first time, it was a blast!
