Just wondering if anyone has any experince with reassassment request?
I'm dealing with a 10,000-15,000 difference with what I consider comparables to my home. Square footage all in the same ball park, I do have a larger corner lot + 500sq ft. A few doors down, a larger corner lot also +350sq over mine but with 200sq ft smaller home is assessed lower. I don't was to ask for a reassessment and have my value go up but not sure MPAC got the comperables right...
