Problems with the 1st photo hosted at Photobucket

This started about a month ago (maybe even earlier). Hosting photos at Photobucket.com, in any post the first pic doesn't show up (may not be related to photobucket). It says that "the photo has been removed".

Here, I'll post the very same thing twice (both images are posted with this code without the stars *):
