It's a total B****! It peels every year. Wash and clean. Slight sand to repair. Blower to take off dust. Stain. Seal. I've got it down to about 6-7 hours now.

I called a company to quote me, they said $1800. I told them I could almost replace all the deck boards with Trex for that amount!
