Please help. Car insurance question (+bike)

Please forgive me as this is more a car insurance question than bike.
But there really aren't much forums that deal with Ontario insurance in general so this is the only place I can think to ask.

My situation.

I have a car that I want to insure. I had a speeding ticket back in 2012.
Because of that speeding ticket ( going 80 on 50 - but following flow of traffic )
Now my quote (State Farm) is 400/month!!

I tried TD, they won't even touch me.

I have a at fault accident on 2006 and a speeding ticket on 2012.
But 400 per month is unaffordable.

My question is: Is there anywhere else that can do better? And would that place still
give me a bit of break if I insure my bike with them.

I don't have a clean record, but I firmly believe its not terrible. Please help me out.

I'm in York region too (clean record though) and I got a good rate from Coseco, but you need to combine home & auto.
 
400/month is about right, 1 at fault and 1 speeding, also I assume you are young driver.

When I was 18, i paid 460/month, if you cant afford it then take the subway/bus. It really saves a lot of money
 
You had an at-fault accident in 06? Shouldn't it be removed by now? Most companies use 6 years back for accident claims, some use 10.

Im 23 and i pay around ~450/month with an accident and recent speeding ticket (Statefarm).
