Our sales guy in the US bent and cracked his ’10 CBR1000 RR frame after a 100 mph lowside at Mid Ohio.
He sent it of to these guys - http://www.wascoframe.com/ - and they were able to fix it for him. He said that when they were done the geometry was better than stock and it handled better. I’ve never ridden it so I can’t really comment on that
I don't think it was all that cheap so I think if yours is bad it may be cheaper just finding a replacement - if possible.
