There's a bunch of B&Bs and romantic hotels in Prince Edward County (Picton area) and I'm sure some of them have what you're looking for. Some are pretty pricey however. Also up on Rice Lake there's a few spots. I've been to Elmhirst, but always with a group, so I don't know what it's like for a small intimate cottage.
